1.: Call our toll free number to provide product and contact information;

2.: Bring your Smart Balance Wheel hoverboard to Salvage World LLC at 1309 west pine street in Hattiesburg.

4.: After receiving the product and verifying again that this is our product we will issue store credit.

 

Q.: What is the problem with my Smart Balance Wheel Hoverboard?

A.: The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.

 

Q.: My Smart Balance Wheel Hoverboard appears to be operating okay. Can I continue to use it?

A.: No. Even though your product appears to be safe, we are asking all customers to immediately stop using the product and participate in the recall by returning the product to us for store credit.
